Whew, well AP Art is going crazier now that the due dates are getting shorter but as each critique and new art project is done I am getting so much better now. When I looked back on each project I noticed the growth. Art is so much fun to me. I'm just happy to be in this class.

Currently I'm working on two projects. My take home I'm not done but I have the basic idea of what I'm going to do.

It's going to be a picture of me posing (friend commented I looked like I was going to do kung fu move of prymantis XD) but in the whole picture it'll all be blue! Different shades of blue and all kinds of blue. Instead of realistic me I'm going to give my picture machine parts of me so I'm going to be a robot! XD

My in class project is almost done. Its surrealism, hard thing to do because you can do whatever! You can make it scary, cool, pretty, or just plain strange. Mine...is more cool I think...a little strange. So far it looks like a girl in the water but with tiger like appearance to her with antlers and wings above her and octopus tentacles coming out of the water. Yeah really strange to me but I like it so far. It's going to be in pen and ink once I'm done doing it in pencil.

Another fun/free project I'm doing now is of Optimus Prime from ROTF posing in the warehouse where his gun is pointed at the screen right before he shoots Megatron out. Awesome scene right there and scary where Sam almost loses his brain XDD. I have it in a pencil outline so far and I plan to lightly color in the areas with color pencil then take acryllic paint and paint over it. I'm so excited for this picture!!

Another fun project, working on it and almost complete. It's like 89% complete. Its my OC Kiba flying in the sky with a background of lands and mountains and the sky is like a sunset or the best I can do at a sunsetty look.


Oooh and now that I'm in multimedia I have a bit of smarts on photoshop but we didn't get to learn paint stuff so that pissed me off. But the best part I can edit my art stuff and make it twenty times better!! I'm doing a pic of my friend's OC as a dragon and kind of messing around with it and having lots of fun with it. The sad news is once school is over, no more photoshop T_T.
